The room was great and the view was beautiful. We checked in Christmas eve early afternoon and planned on staying until the day after Christmas. We went to dinner at Rum Fish around 5 Christmas eve and had a great dinner. Later that night sadly my husband became very sick and started vomiting by 11 pm on Christmas eve. This continued into Christmas day so we decided to leave a day early and get him home. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to checking out the St Pete Pier and we had tickets to the Enchanted Village at Tropicana Park. Was a horrible couple of days.

the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasn’t working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse it’s spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

We arrived off hours and there was an envelope with a welcoming note and instructions. It is a unique hotel and very lovely in its way. We were at work, so no time to really enjoy it, but for someone on vacation, ask for the room facing the water as it just looks adorable.

From the front desk staff to the employees that helped clean, and countless other helpful services in which they went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and enjoyable . I've stayed pretty much at every hotel on the beach, and I can honestly say we found our favorite hotel hands down.....i started referring friends and clients and they feel the same qway! Very quiet location with great view over marina. Large penthouse room, comfortable with good kitchen facilities. Small pool. Liked the happy hour drinks.

More like a Small little apartment than a hotel room which is very convenient even for a one night stay! Many shops around and accessible to various locations of interest in the area. It had EV connections which was a plus!

The location was great. The room had a full kitchen which was convenient. I appreciated their room service policy. Staff was always willing to answer any questions I had.

waterside situation was excellent, handy for shops and restaurants, also just across the road from an excellent beach. We really appreciated the excellent recycling system on the site. - worked really well.
